Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and the session records needed to keep you signed in. We do not use passwords, so we store none.

Transaction data: top-up amounts, order IDs, and credit ledger entries. Card numbers and CVVs are captured directly by the payment processor — we neither receive nor store them.

Usage data: the content of the analysis requests you submit, plus token usage and the resulting charges.

Technical logs: IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, used for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

To provide and maintain the Service, calculate billing, answer your support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not train our own models on your inputs and do not repurpose them for anything unrelated to serving you.

Creem (payments and tax compliance, Merchant of Record): receives the order amount and your email in order to collect payment and issue receipts.

Anthropic (model inference): receives the request content you submit in order to generate the analysis.

Neon (database) and Vercel (application hosting, CDN): store account and ledger data and serve the site.

All processors are contractually bound to handle data only for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

The Service serves users worldwide and the processors above may operate servers outside China. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest.

If your jurisdiction imposes specific requirements on cross-border transfers, please assess applicability before use.

Account and ledger data is retained for the life of the account. Transaction records may be retained after closure for as long as tax and audit rules require.

Technical logs are generally kept for no more than 90 days.

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information. Email mingxinai@agentmail.to from your registered address and we will respond within 30 days.

Deleting an account also erases any unused credit, and the action cannot be undone.

We use only the session cookies required to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Blocking these cookies will prevent sign-in.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be deleted.

Updates are reflected in the "last updated" date on this page; material changes will be notified separately.
