Is the 5% equity term mandatory?+
Entirely voluntary. The Deep Program can be 'pay-only' or 'pay + 5% equity alignment.' The equity option suits core teams that want a long-term partnership with mutual obligations.
Do you offer refunds?+
For pay-as-you-go credit, any unspent balance is fully refundable within 14 days of payment; spent credit maps to real model costs and is not refundable. Full rules at /legal/refund. Enterprise follows its contract (typically monthly); the Deep Program is delivered by milestone, with undelivered portions refundable by agreement.
How do overseas customers pay?+
Pay-as-you-go is denominated in USD and collected through Creem, which accepts credit and debit cards worldwide plus PayPal and Apple Pay. As Merchant of Record, Creem collects and remits VAT / GST / sales tax in 190+ countries and issues the receipt, so you never handle cross-border tax. Enterprise and Deep Program also accept corporate wire transfer.

All user data is stored encrypted (AES-256), with regional deployment (China / Singapore / Frankfurt). Private deployment is supported (Enterprise and above).
