Terms of Service

The Service is a web application for pre-founding decisions. It runs multi-agent workflows to produce structured analysis of markets, business models, and financial paths, delivered as an online interface and exportable reports.

It is a digital service (SaaS). Nothing physical is sold or shipped. The feature set is whatever the interface presents at the time you use it; we iterate continuously.

Accounts are created via an email magic link, one account per email address. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including keeping access to your inbox secure. Contact us immediately if you notice anything unexpected.

The Service is prepaid and denominated in US dollars. Whatever you pay is credited to your balance 1:1 — no bonuses, no discounts, no surcharges.

Each call is deducted in real time at the underlying model's true token cost plus a 10% platform fee. Every deduction is itemised on your account page.

Credit does not expire, is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and earns no interest. If prices or the markup change we will publish the change, and it will apply only to calls made afterwards.

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction, and do not upload content that infringes others' rights or contains malicious code.

Do not reverse-engineer the Service, circumvent quota limits, scrape it in bulk, or use its output to build a product that substantially competes with it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.

The software, interface, agent orchestration logic, and documentation belong to the operator.

Content you submit remains yours. We process it only as needed to provide the Service to you.

You are granted the right to use the analysis output, including commercially. Note that generative model output is not guaranteed to be unique — other users may receive similar results.

All output is decision-support information. It is not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any financial guarantee. Models can produce inaccurate or outdated content.

Business decisions made on the basis of the output are yours alone. For consequential decisions, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, goodwill, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you actually paid to the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may revise these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Unused credit is handled under the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be raised with us directly; if unresolved, they will be submitted to the competent court at the operator's place of residence.

Disputes concerning the payment itself may also be subject to the terms of the payment processor, Creem.
